This study aimed at verifying the validity and reliability of the Jordanian version of Conner’s Teacher Rating Scale Revised (CTRLRL, 1997), for attention deficit hyperactivity disorders .

The validity of the scale was verified through calculating the content validity where the arbitrators' agreement ratio was (95.2%), the concurrent validity of the scale was verified through calculating the correlation coefficient between the performance on scale and the scale for diagnosing attention deficit hyperactivity disorders which was prepared by (Jresat, 2007)it was between (0.52-0,97) (N=1010).

Moreover, the constant validity of the scale was verified through factor analysis, where it was found that (5) factors explained (65.53%) for the difference was explained all of the scale items.

Also the correlation coefficient was verifying between the areas, ranged between (0.341-0.975).In addition to, the indications of validity was calculated by using (Two way – MANOVA), where it showed that there are differences due to mentally status in some areas, and showed statistically differences on the level 0.50 = α due to gender.

There were indications of the Reliability of the scale by test- retest, where it ranged between (0.85-0.95) and Cronbach Alpha test, where it ranged between (0.71-0.97), moreover, split – half way, where it ranged between (.72-.96).
