The study aimed at Cognitive Variables for The Children Basic education, lack of Skills by the Academy as an indicator of Learning disabilities.

The study sample consisted of three groups of students (male and female) in the first grade, Al-Kharj, (n = 60), and ranged in age of the sample From (6-8) years, and the (90-100) depending on the scale of the Stanford - Binet Intelligence.

The study tools: (-Binet Intelligence- a test Stanford – Battery diagnose Learning Disabilities cognitive - a test of skills by the Academy - (identify with learning disabilities.

The results of study to the existence of statistically significant differences between primary school pupils ordinary (male and female) and their peers at risk of learning disabilities, both those who suffer from a lack of the skills of perception, and to identify the alphabet, or who suffer from a lack of my skills to identify the account, and shapes, and so on Each of attention, cognition, and memory for the benefit of pupils ordinary battery diagnosis of cognitive learning disabilities The study showed that skills before academic linked to a positive and statistically significant with variable attention, where the values for the regression coefficient (B) is positive in the model, and the results of the regression analysis explained that these variables predict the level of some of the skills by the Academy for primary school students (perception, and to identify the alphabets, and identify the account) The results of the regression analysis gradient that attention represents the best class quality selection of these variables in predicting perception, and to identify the alphabets as it turns out that the variable attention has predictive power level of skills by the Academy, while it did not show all of the variables of perception and memory model, and this shows that the weak Memory and Aladrick weak predictor of reading at grade pupils in the first and second primary in a sample study which shows that they are at risk of learning disabilities and are late for their normal peers
