Abstract EN
The study aimed to identify the relationship between family violence and aggressive behavior among deaf students in the institutes and programs of special education.
The study sample consisted of 58 deaf students; of whom (28) deaf students in East of Riyadh Institute, and (27) deaf students in Mohamed Iqbal Primary School "Mainstreaming program".
The scale of family violence "prepared by the researcher", as well as, scale of aggressive behavior "prepared by Buss and localized by Moataz Saleh " were applied to the sample.
The study findings were as follows: 1- There is a positive statistically significant correlation at the level of (0.01) between family violence and aggressive behavior.
2- There were statistically significant differences at the level (0.01) according to a variable level of education of the father and mother, and for the benefit of education at least .
3- There are statistically significant differences at the level of (0.01) in aggressive behavior by variable age at in the four dimensions of the aggressive behavior and the total score of the scale.
4- There are statistically significant differences at the level (0.01) in aggressive behavior by the educational environment variable, and for the benefit of students of the Institute of Deaf east of Riyadh.
5- There are statistically significant differences at the level (0.01) in all dimensions of the aggressive behavior scale to the by variable of means of communication in favor and so sign language.
