The phenomenon of social diversity heterogeneous is considered one of the challenges that facing democratic societies or the societies that undergoing democratic transition, which effectively participates in threatening the stability and the civil peace, as well as stimulates on the ethnic conflicts, despite the fact that diversity is considered a natural phenomenon that almost devoid that no community or country free of them in the world..

it is worthy to mention that social cohesion in the light of the democratic frameworks is required , the democratic values being part of the foundations of the political community, which demands for democracy not to be limited on procedural requirements, such as elections, as are considered the overall institutionalization of the principles of democracy, which represent a sense of community, which legitimizes the political system as an expression of this society, and promotes harmony and the civil peace , as well.

, in this context actually, the current research is concerned in studying the values , the producing ties, the standards and reinforced indicators for the state of homogeneity and cohesion at the level of groups and the actors, so as to build and create the capacity to pursue collective aims through mutual cooperation , gathering of resources, and reducing costs, through networks, and rules of conduct ,the included trust along the social links (institutionalized or semi-institutionalized).
