Abstract EN

Study aimed to test the effect of each of the (organizational culture, organizational communication, training, incentives) in the job performance of employees in the Algerian public hospitals, where they were to choose the public hospital organization, "Mohammed Zyoshi" Tolga as an area of application, as the researchers chose a random sample of (120) individual workers to test the hypotheses of the study.

Results of statistical analysis, which used different statistical methods using the program SPPS important results, most notably the presence of trace statistically significant for both communication and training in the job performance of the staff of the hospital have shown, while the study did not reveal any impact of organizational culture, as well as incentives for job performance of staff the hospital .

Based on the results of the study have been put forward several recommendations that would contribute to improving the performance of employees of public hospitals.
