Abstract EN

This research aims to identify the reality of the application of Noor System and explain some international experiences in the electronic administration, also the research aims to determine the requirements for developing the educational administration system (noor system) in public schools in Riyadh comparing with global experiences.

The study used the descriptive approach.

The most important findings of the study were: more than half of study sample are satisfied with noor system, also they agree with all the requirements for developing this system except the "the school has adequate financial support.

The most important recommendations of the study are : Working on improving Noor System as a system for electronic management, providing computer network in Elementary' schools in Riyadh and training administrative staff on the noor system, finally providing special financial support for the maintenance of electronic devices at schools in Riyadh.
