The role of man in society is influential in the environment and is influenced by it.

It represents the first building on which human societies are based, whether developing or developed.

As long as man is an inseparable part of institutions, thus, he is regarded as the basis in the growth process of the society as a whole.

Since behavior is one of the most important factors affecting individuals, every person who has good behavior will affect his staff or those around him.

The fact that the researchers represent a part of the academic community of teachers of physical education and sports sciences, the research problem raised their attention , which is the teacher's moral behavior and the extent of his influence on the performance of his work and duties towards his chiefs , colleagues and students.

Therefore, the research objective was to identify the level of ethical behavior and the level of administrative and functional creativity among the teachers of physical education and sports sciences in the schools affiliated to the Department of Education of Najaf province.
