Abstract EN

The significance of the research has crystallized from the importance of the lesson of physical and sport education as it is described as a biological lesson intended to be taught by the students because of its physical, mental and psychosocial benefits such as the elimination of mental illness such as shyness, introversion, and aggression, etc., depending on the teachers of the School of Physical Education because it is the director of the educational process as a whole, which manages all the internal and external school sports activities such as participation in competitions among schools and refereeing matches.

This role depends on how the male and female teachers of physical education fulfill their educational duties depending on the fullest and this depends on the satisfaction and convictions of the importance of the role they play.

The research problem in two aspects : 1.neglecting of the influential variables in education, such as job satisfaction and creative qualities of male and female teacher of physical education in schools of Babylon Province.

Identifying the nature of the relationship between this variable due to its effect on education process.

The research objective was to identify the job satisfaction and creative qualities of the male and female teachers of physical education in schools of Babylon province ,and identify the differences of statistical significance in job satisfaction and creative skills among male and female teacher of physical education according to the variables of number, service years and gender and identify the correlative relationship between job satisfaction and creative qualities among male and female teachers of physical education in school of Babylon province.
