Abstract EN

This Study aimed to investigate geographical distribution of land use in the study area and knowledge of the natural and human factors affecting to identify problems and ways to address them, and see the change in the land use patterns and thus contribute to how to keep the rest of the agricultural land in the study area, it was shown that there are two types of land use are agricultural uses and urban uses by (43.90, 6.36)%, respectively, of the study area space, it has changed uses farmland negative direction, either uses Urban changed direction positive rates (36.41, 36.42)%, respectively, between 2002.2015, as it emerged that the agricultural use of field crops more agricultural uses change by (-46%), the use of urban housing has a larger percentage of change and urban rate (64.25%), thus residential use is considered the most influential urban factors in decline of agricultural land , and it turned out through statistical bag that population density (agricultural density) of the most important factors affecting came first prize in impact on urbanization and the relationship of correlation (0.942) followed by the acquisition of the land factor (Lands of public interest)formed the second factor influencing urbanization relationship link (0.934) a strong direct relationship.
