The relationship physician - patient who is released from the patient's psychological support, so that the patient's beliefs about this relationship will affect the health care system, especially at the level of medication adherence.

Therefore, contact with a patient doctor is one of the essential components of the success of this relationship, as well as the therapeutic process.

Through this, our current study aimed at finding out the correlation between communication physician-patient and medication adherence in patients with hemophilia, with the age and educational variables.

The study was conducted on 62 patients with hemophilia, using a communication physician-patient scale and medication adherence scale.We found a relationship between communication physician- patient and medication adherence in these patients, with the effect of educational level below the age factor.
