Education is a legitimate right for every human being and a duty that the state must make available to its citizens.

In this sense, the educational service comes within the range of services under the sovereignty of the State.

It is under the cloak of this educational service educated cadres graduated, to start life activities, on all economic and social axes, which respond to the needs of the times .

As we highlight the educational services of the city of Abbasiyah by studying the reality.

In addition to the geographical distribution of these institutions and whether this distribution contributes to the access of services of these institutions to the population of the city smoothly and well, the assessment of the efficiency of educational service depending on the local standards set by the Iraqi Ministry of Planning and related to these services and at the end of the research we reached a number of conclusions.
