Abstract EN

There is no doubt that the sources of Islamic legislation played an important role in explaining the concepts related to the Architectural Monuments as being positively referred to.

To the contrary, there appeared into the historical heritage some destructive views that contradicts this legitimate view.

These views are very negative in the sense that they produced different views in terms of dealing with the Architectural Monuments, the ones taken for worshiping and the other ones.
