Abstract EN

The aim of the current research was tostudycharectoristics of class attention in the students of the Faculty of Education at Wadi El Dawasir University of Prince Sattam and to identify the differences in class attention according to thedemoghraphic variables gender، the social status، the specialization and theclass.The researcher apliied the scale of attention translated by Abdul Aziz Elthabitandmodified by researchersOn a random sample of 320 students of the Faculty of Education in Wadi al-Dawasir، 161 males and 159 females.

The data were analyzed using the statistical social packages program.

After analyzing the data، the researchers reached the following resuts :The class attention of the students of the Faculty of Education in Wadi Al-Dawasir is high and there are statistically significant differences in the attention of the students of the Faculty of Education in Wadi Al-Dawasir according to the gender variable in favor of females and according to the social status variable in favor of unmarried students and according to the specialization variable in favor of special educationspecialization and there are no statistically significant differences according to the class.

Based on these results، the researchers presented a number of recommendations، the most important of which are:to take care of the diversity of modern teaching techniques that maintain a high level of classroom attention for students in theoretical lectures
