This research aimed at investigating the effectiveness of teaching with blended learning Style in developing academic achievement of Saudi Secondary School students in biology course.

To achieve the aims of the research , the descriptive approach was used to content analysis, and the experimental approach was used to investigate the effectiveness of blending learning .

The sample consisted of (70) students who were selected "Purposively" from the fourth level students in "Dar Al-Rai" secondary school in "Tabuk" for the academic year 2016/2017(AD).

These students were divided into two groups: a control group (35) students, and an experimental one (35) students.

The content analysis has been prepared in addition to the academic achievement test , the teacher's guide and the student's guide.

Also, an educational website that supports distance learning is designed as a main aspect of the blended learning.

Data was collected and descriptive statistical methods used to extract the arithmetical averages and their standard deviations.

In addition, the explanatory statistics were used, T- test was calculated.

The analysis was carried out through the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) program.

Also, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) was used.

The results of the research showed the effectiveness of the blended learning on academic achievement development of biology among secondary stage students through : There are statistically significant differences between the averages of the fourth level students responses (experimental group and control group) in the academic achievement post-test in favor of the experimental group.

According to these results, the researcher recommended to apply blended learning in the teaching of biology to develop academic achievement among secondary stage students , and preparing schools requirements for blended learning, and training teachers on the mechanism of the application of blended learning.
