Cereals are the most important agricultural crops in the world and a standard of national sovereignty.The countries of the European Union are one of the most important producers and exporters of these crops thanks to their agricultural trade policy, which witnessed successive developments to promote the agricultural sector, especially grain crops to protect them from the turmoil in the global market.

Economic developments touched on government intervention which has become used for emergencies with a limited quantitative range.

It also canceled some products such as SORGO.The European Union uses the import policy, especially tariffs and export policies, which have defined the abolition of export subsidies in particular in line with global developments.

To detail this policy and its impact on grain production and exports, we have divided the research into two main axes: 1/ the grain policy in the European Union 2/ the reflection of trade policy on grain production and exports
