Abstract EN

This research aims to highlight the impact of the human dimension of the culture on the implementation of the strategy in the enterprise, which can appear in the form of a relationship between job satisfaction and performance within the organization, through on the concept of organizational culture and its humanitarian dimension, access to job satisfaction and The implementation of the strategy, and of course the study of the impact of job satisfaction on performance.

In order to bring down the theoretical aspect on the applied side, we conducted a field study on a group of Algerian medium industrial entreprises, where the theoretical aspect was dropped on the practical side in order to highlight the role of the human dimension of organizational culture on implementing the strategy in the institution
