Abstract EN

The teaching process is based on teacher skills and techniques, and on his/her communication and cognitive capabilities in one side, And on his beliefs, ethics and values in the other side.

The teacher how high in self-efficacy he makes successful plans and perform their roles perfectly, and the teacher how he low in self-efficacy He judges himself with weakness, anxiety, malpractice and failure in teaching.

All of that it will effect on individual and group performance, equality of teaching, and all of education process.

Consequently, we try in this article to highlight on the relationship between self-efficacy of teacher and the effectiveness in teaching.

So we did a field study in 10 schools with 76 teachers by using a questionnaire divided into two parts, the first about self-efficacy of teacher (Use of education strategies, Participation of students in teaching and learning activities, Classroom Management), and the second part revolves around the effectiveness of teaching.
