To improve the implementation of construction projects in the Arab countries, to benefit from the experience of the some Arab countries as a sample search in this aspect, and to focus on the required levels for the concepts of comprehensive quality in the environment of implementation of construction projects, and the integration of the concepts of comprehensive quality, and the dissemination of the culture of quality as a way of development and good performance.
