Abstract EN

This study highlights the presence of non-significant differences between university websites of Taibah University and the Islamic University.

This is based on the survey study which applied evaluation criteria for the two websites.

The purpose of the survey is know the students' views of the two universities and their satisfaction with the services, the information provided, and the quality of service.

The study reveals that more than half of the sample of students were satisfied with the information provided by the websites and feel good about the quality of services provided.

The two universities are trying their best to improve their services to students and are trying to include students in the decision-making.
