Abstract EN

The research seeks to determine the relationship between impact areas of strategic change and total quality management requirements by application in Salahuddin University – Erbil .The research methodology was descriptive analytical study by using tool questionnaire and study community was colleges of University of Salahuddin-Erbil .

Represented by Managerial leaders and study sample consisted of (97) questionnaire form.

In general, the study tries to answer the questions: 1.

Is there a clear perception of the areas of strategic change in Managerial leadership at Salahaddin university colleges -Erbil? 2.

Is there a clear perception of total quality management requirements in Managerial leaders of Salahuddin unilversity colleges- Erbil? 3.

What type of relationships correlate and impact between areas of strategic change and the requirements of total quality management in Managerial leadership of university Salahddin colleges- Erbil? In order to answer the above questions hypothetical model put to reflect the nature of the relationships between the areas of effectiveness strategic change and total quality management requirements and resulted in a set of assumptions about the President, which was tested using a number of statistical methods in data collected through questionnaire forms were distributed on Managerial leadership of Saladin university colleges.

Thus, the most important conclusions reached a committed relationship and significant impact and positive between areas of strategic change and total quality management requirements and to a number of recommendations were identified.
