the phenomenon of multilingualism hardly abandoned by any State or company wide has affected him.

This phenomenon has caused underdevelopment; either has been taken as a claim to express the respect of peoples, languages and cultures which have incurred these languages.

Exploitation of this linguistic and cultural pluralism of those linguistic pluralism is part of its civilization and its advancement.

This phenomenon, in the Algerian Center, has taken two forms the first is individual plurilingualism and the second is social (diglossia\/bilingualism).

The presence of both in our environment has influenced on communication in the educational environment community Algeria.
