Abstract EN

The present research aims at presenting the theoretical concepts of the administrative leadership in the faculties of the university of Salahaldeen-Erbil-Iraq regarding the concepts of Total Quality Management TQM and its requirements, besides, studying the extend essential needs for TQM in the facilities investigated.

Descriptive method was followed in the research, while, a questioner was adopted as a tool.

The research covered the facilities of Salahaldeen universities Erbil.

The sample of the research consisted of administrative leaders in these facilities.

105 questioner forms was distributed and 97 of them answered the questioner.

The research tries to answer the following inquiries; Do the surveyed facilities have an idea about the concept of TQM? What is the reality of implementing the requirements of TQM and its availability in the facilities surveyed? To answer theses inquiries, a main hypothesizes was made which is (the needs of TQM are available in the facilities surveyed).

Subhypothesis was also selected using a number of statistical methods for the data collected through distributing questioner forms among the administrative leaders of the facilities.

A number of conclusions were reached, the most important (the availability of most of the applying requirements of TQM).

Accordingly, the main and sub-hypotheses were achieved.

Thus some recommendations were identified the most important of which is (the administration of the facilities must always take into account the needs of customers and their wishes during taking the decisions concerning the qualities of its services
