This research work ( study) tries to show the importance of the inter language in learning languages, especially when we know that the errors committed by the learner of a second language will form Inter langue that lived by every learner of two languages except his native language, that learning language has an Inter langue like any other human activities.

Researches in applied linguistics considered those mistakes as a proof of a deep operation in learning a new language, so the learners use the strategy of testing hypothèses, in addition to other strategies of learning the second language.
