The Article deals with study and analyses the landing of allied in North Africa in November, 1942.The Americans were present in several parts of Algeria particularly Oran region, the presence of American military had political, economic and social impact, this can be illustrated since it was regarded as a clear signal on the emergency transformations of scales of power at that time which began to appear when the United States of America entered the war alongside the allied countries.

In addition to this, it played an important role in the development of situation at the local level where the military bases and their review activities of military force agitated the French authorities in Algeria particularly after the weakness of the French force in facing the Nazi expansion in 1940 be proven to be palpable For nearly three years, The Americans left their mark on the Algerians through employing them as workers in American installations ,contacting with all the Algerians and helping some of them.

Some US officials looked at Algerians with a pity and declare the need to be freed them from French colonization.
