Abstract EN

The purpose of this study was to identify the interests of medical reminders Beni Messous- Algiers- by the following points(reception and orientation services, internal cleanliness of the environment, suitability of medical equipment and Maintenance), staked a researcher in the interest of the training staff as a field of problems that afflict this interest, depends on the descriptive approach to gather information about the characteristics studied, a survey tool for employees who Is specially prepared for this purpose and contained(62 articles) included any study of the axes, and applied to a survey of workers and sample patients, and as the vocabulary number(140 people), the researcher found the following results: There is statistically significant difference in level(α= 0.05) between mean scores of workers and average patient sickness trends trends(reception and referral services, clean internal environment, practical medical equipment And maintenance) attributable to demographic variables(gender, level of education).

The absence of statistically significant differences at the level (α= 0.05) between average workers' scores and trends means patient scores trends in the fourth axis which is the role of training in order to improve services Medical reminders.
