This research reviewed the US president administration linden Johnson from the situations that took place in Laos since he took over the white house power at 1964.

And the threats that faces some areas in Laos from Pathet Lao communist party and support from his allies in northern Vietnam , in spite of the neutrality been declared at 1962 .The US position has focused at that time between supported to keep the neutrality of Laos and to proceed to carry out a military operations to limit the passage of troops and communist supports through Laos to southern Vietnam, after the communist forces gone too far and that considered by US a threat to them interests so that the US started the war against the northern Vietnam at 1965 and took from the neutral region Laos secret base to launch air military operations, they carried out a series of military operations which ranged between failure and success till the end of Johnson’s presidency at 1968
