The study aimed at finding out the nature of the relationship between transformational leadership among the directors of educational offices in Jeddah and the organizational trust among supervisors.

The researcher used the descriptive correlative survey method and prepared a questioimaire of two sections; the first dealt with the behavior of transformational leadership and the second with organizational trust applied onto all supervisors at the educational offices in Jeddah using the comprehensive calculation way, including (204) educational supervisors representing (88.3% ) of the members of the study population.

The study reached the results that directors of Educational offices in Jeddah generally practiced the transformational behavior at a very high degree as well as the organizational trust among supervisors that showed an overall degree of strongly agree category and in all dimensions of the organizational trust.

The results of the study also showed no statistically significant differences between the means of supervisors’ responses about the practice of directors of educational offices to conduct transformational leadership and the level of organizational trust due to the different variables (years of experience in educational supervision, academic qualifications and attending educational supervision quarterly courses).

The results of the study also revealed the presence of correlative relationship value as well as statistically significant differences at the level of (0.01) between the degree of transformational leadership among the directors of education offices and the level of organizational trust of supervisors.

The study recommended the strengthening and developing leadership practices of the directors of educational departments in Jeddah, especially transformational leadership to change leadership behavior giving the dimension of intellectual stimulation more attention because of its importance in empowering supervisors and encouraging them to provide creative solutions to educational problems as well as enliancing the environment of the organizational trust in the directorates in particular and public education institutions at large by specifying the determinants of trust, enhancing the factors and adopting the means of its development.
