In general, the study aimed to propose a recreational training program that will develop the psychological aspect of the untrained health workers, and through the theoretical background in which the researcher dealt with the concept of physical activity sports, recreation, stress, anxiety that befall doctors and nurses.

A psychological measure was created in order to be applied on the sample of the research.

In his study, the researcher adopted the descriptive approach (anterior measurement, posterior measurement).

The results of the study reached: There are differences between the results of pre-tests and post-tests in the psychological variables for the benefit of post-tests.

As a general conclusion: The recreational physical program affects positively the psychological development of untrained health workers.
