The number of factories of small industries varied in the two districts.

In Qurna, there are (418) factories that employ (1174) workers, whereas in Medina, there are (951) factories that employ (2349).

Iz-aldeen Saleem region comes in the first place with (590) factories that employ (1341) workers, the center of Qurna district comes in the second place with (233) factories that employ (623) workers, in the third place comes the center of Medina district with (217) factories that employ (556) workers, Imam Sadiq region maintains place number four with (144) factories that employ (452) workers, Aldair region occupies place number five with (107) factories that employ (318) workers, Althagher region comes in the sixth place with (78) factories that employ (233) workers.
