Abstract EN

This research approaches the side of defining and indefining the adjective grammatically and rhetorically.

I mean the side of the science of Meanings where it shows the effect of defining and in defining in the accuracy of bearing the meanings and reveals them.

I prefaced for that with a quick hint about the term " definite" and the term " indefinite" and the respect in which each of them should be used then I talked its definition, its origin and its branch.

In the respect of defining and indefining the adjective.

Then I demonstrated the meanings which it refers to.

I also approached the identifications between the adjective and its object in the respects of being defined or indefined and the grammarians, points of view about that then I approached the case of a sentence being an adjective (qualifier) finally I finished with the conclusions that the research yielded.
