Abstract EN

This study aimed at identifying the impact of an instructional module on the improvement of teacher skills in the area of ordering, classifying and forming competency indicators.

The study used Noll`s learning theory for adults and self-learning concept which was administered to a sample 14 teachers of second phase of elementary stage.

One group design was adopted with pre-post test represented in a formative test.

Quasi-experimental approach and quasi-experimental designs were used.

The following results were achieved: There are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the teachers on pre-post test in the areas : Arrangement of teaching competencies in favor of the post test Classification of teaching competencies in favor of the post test Formulating competency indicators in favor of the post test There is a great impact of the educational model on the improvement of teacher skills in the area of arranging teaching competencies and classifying and formulating its indicators.
