Abstract EN

This paper aims at highlighting the situation of the Arabic language within the virtual space in the light of the technological development and the information revolution that are taking place in the world.Language is,in fact,considered as the most efficient tool in the communication process for organisms in general and humans in particular, since it ensures the proper communication and the exchange with others, this is because man is a social being who cannot provide himself with all the necessities of living without communicating with others.

Therefore, classical Arabic shall be used in the daily communication within Arabic societies; however, it seems that it was affected by the interference between the Arabic communities with their different components, in addition to the technological transformation and development that had their reflections on the language itself, in particular the appearance of the social networks which had a major impact by creating blemishes in the Arabic language and its alphabet that became subject to extinction when a mixed language between Arabic and Latin emerged
