Abstract EN

The study is about the topic of the organizational values in the Algerian Public Companies aimed at presenting a theoretical vision as well as a practical one.

The theoretical aspect contained a number of theories that concerned the organizational aspect and presented a variety of hypotheses and visions as regard the typology of these values, their characteristics and importance.

As far as the field study is concerned, this latter was conducted basically applying the descriptive method as well as interview as a means to collect data.

The objective was finding out the organizational values in the Algerian Public Company and the closest theories that explain them through a field of study taking Skikda Harbour Company as a model.

The study concluded at the study of a number of results that showed the great difference between the theoretical aspect and the real state of the company; namely Skikda Harbour Company
