الآليات الداخلية للحوكمة و أثرها على أداء البنوك التجارية الأردنية : دراسة قياسية 2004-2013

Abstract EN

This study examines the impact of internal governance mechanisms (namely) on the performance of commercials banks listed on Amman stock exchange market , in a sample of 10 banks, over the period 2004 to 2013 using Panel Data techniques.

The econometric study shows that there is a significant negative effect between the (capital adequacy ratio , bank size ,independent directors ) and the bank performance, and at the same time, it indicates no significant effect between the (board size, ceo-chair duality, block holder, largest shareholder ) and the bank performance.
