Tourism media has paid great attention to the tourism industry because it has a great impact on effecting and attracting tourists in this field and thus developing it as a whole.

In view of the competitive competition experienced by the tourist countries, New ways and methods to bring tourism closer to consumers, and the entry of tourism information one of these ways through its various means, which is a solution to the root of tourism development to paint a good image of the country of tourism.

Accordingly, this paper aims at reviewing the nature of tourism media and its impact on the economic sector in general and the performance of the tourism sector in particular in view of the internal and external challenges facing tourism at present.

The study concluded that it is necessary to emphasize the positive impact of the media on tourism and enhance the role of tourism media in achieving sustainable tourism development, while dropping all this on the Turkish experience
