As one of the world’s largest investments, tourism industry havs grown rapidly and continuously for more than half a century and has become a significant source of global employment and economic output, tourism investment means the creation of capital or goods capable of producing other goods or services in tourism industry for earning higher profits in the private sector or regional revitalization and economic growth for public purposes, The main aim of this study is to present a situation of the tourism investments worldwide, also provides some information about challenges that faces tourism industries
