Abstract EN

This study aims to represent the Algerian literary heritage during the Ottoman Occupation- a period of multiple political and social divergences which were reflected through their impacts on the culture and literature of Algeria at that time.

The study highlights the characteristics of the literature that existed during the Ottoman era and which had a role in shaping the writing in Algeria at that time.

Besides, it represents some of the scholars who participated in enriching the Algerian literature of that time of our History.
