Abstract EN

This study aims to identify the reality of human capital development in Algeria Telecom Corporation - Biskra branch - and its contribution to knowledge management.

In order to achieve the objective of this study, the questionnaire was used as a tool to measure the variables which were distributed to a sample of (45) director of the senior management, the middle and lower.

The questionnaires recovered suitable for the analysis of the results is 40.

Statistical program SPSS.V 19 was used with regard to data analysis.

The most important findings of this study is that the enterprise has average interest in the development of human capital from the viewpoint of its directors, and its dimensions came ordered according to their importance like this: training, education.

In addition, the knowledge management level in the organization under study is average level, and that the dimensions are measured, respectively, according to their importance: The acquisition of knowledge, the dissemination and distribution of knowledge, knowledge generation, application of knowledge, The results showed that the development of human capital contribute to the knowledge management organization, as the value of the correlation coefficient (0.562).

And that the development of human capital explain (31.6%) of the developments in knowledge management changes
