Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the reality of student activities at Al-Aqsa University in light of the current labor market requirements.

It also aimed to explore the extent of the difference between the averages of the students' estimates of this reality considering these variables: students' gender, students' level, and students' faculty at Al-Aqsa University.

The descriptive approach was used, and a questionnaire was distributed to (496) students.

The systematic random sampling method was used.

The study had many results, among the most important was that the mean of estimates of the study sample of the reality of student activity at Al-Aqsa University in light of the market labor was (3.46), which is considered high, with some statistically significant differences between the average estimates of the study sample regarding the reality measured in favor of female students, the first academic level and faculty of Education.
