This study tackles the topic of collection of charitable associations whichisconsidered a necessary thing in order to achieve the social solidarity between citizens ; because lot of peoples need to this noble objective, that why the last years has known a great activity in mass media, webs and mosques in order to collect charities for local and fore ignpersons; however, the Algerian law and comparative laws prohibits the collection of charities on condition of certain procedures determined by law other wisethisactisdeemed a crime
