English Abstract

Within the framework of social development and cultural awareness to distinguish modern societies ،civil society organizations show us the charitable and voluntary nature in the content of their ideas and objectives since their foundation ،like charities ،which are the most important humanitarian pillars in times of adversity and crisis ،be it social،economic،natual or political.

Charities are a permanent activity based on the availability of material and human resources in order to achieve the desired goals ،these goals have often been aimed at human، social and developmental goals ،he urged Islam to cooperate and solidarity among individuals in society ،to help the needy and to encourage good work ،the priorities for any institution lie in its material and human resources ،which play the main role in achieving its goals it is through this introduction that the following forms are presented: The role of charities as a collective movement ? and how to develop their material and human resources and to achieve their goals?
