English Abstract

The Islamic values came from God Almighty and they are not imaginary ideal, but practical practical values can be achieved by human effort under the Islamic concepts and the right to implant in every environment, regardless of the type of life prevailing in it, they do not contradict but encourage the same ideological logic Development and progress in all fields and open the way to receive the results of human thought and civilization, and Islamic values of living values developed and able to move and valid for different environments and ages, because they derived the basic components of the two main sources are the Koran and the Sunna.

The building of the moral in the Koran is a new building that makes the mind a judgment and a conscientious object.

It sets its nominal goal: seeking to seek the pleasure of God and Imam Zayn al-Abidine, peace be upon him, which is a real extension of the school of Prophet Muhammad bin Abd Allah, peace and blessings be upon him.

The voice of human justice and a model witness, and the rest of the validity of his father, Hussein bin Ali peace be upon them, who submitted to his message and religion unless presented by a person on earth in the depth of faith and honesty of sacrifice and sincerity of his intention We read the depth of the relationship that this great Imam tried to draw between man and his Lord.

It is a human rights message that can be considered a preamble to all human rights documents and declarations in the world.

Hence, the two researchers dealt with this personality The great three axes are 1- The first axis Islamic values and classification 2- The second axis is the Islamic community values contained in the message of rights to Imam peace be upon him 3-The third axis the views of Sunni scholars Imam peace be upon him And then presented to the most important recommendations reached by the researchers
