The semantic function is often related to the definition, since it ensures the transmission of meaning.
but this function is not exclusive to her; a well-formu- .lated example can contribute to the transmission of the meaning of a word In this article, we try to present some concepts that can be invested in the for- .ging of examples that have a semantic function in the school dictionary.

La fonction sémantique est souvent rattachée à la définition, puisqu’elle assure la transmission du sens.
mais cette fonction ne lui est pas exclusive; un exemple bien formulé peut contribuer à la transmission du sens d’un mot.
Dans cet article, nous essayons de présenter quelques concepts qui peuvent être investis dans la forgeassions des exemples à fonction sémantique dans le dictionnaire scolaire.
