Abstract EN

The research aims to highlight the range of parties that are related to traditional bank shifting to Islamic bank with which it has formal and contractual relations, considering the interests and the expectations of each party before and after the transformation.

It is the task of the bank to get in touch with these parties, know their preoccupations, and get them involved in achieving as much as possible goals.

Besides, the bank should offer finance and investment services which do not constitute any potential danger.

It should not work with companies that violate human and these parties’ rights.

It should classify stakeholders according to their importance and role to realize achievement so as to rewards them fairly.

It should also be aware and deal with the managers who abuse the power for their interests.

Neglecting these principles may effect the bank’s reputation as a transforming bank from traditional to Islamic and hinder its future transformation process.
