Is the joint activity that brings together the World Customs Organization (WCO) as the only body at the global level that coordinates customs administrations, which is working to find a number of mechanisms that contribute to the development of customs work; And the World Trade Organization (WTO), which oversees international trade issues.

In this study, we will focus on the Mercator program, which reflects the quality of cooperation between the two bodies.

This program is intended to support the role of the WCO in contributing to the implementation of the Trade Facilitation Agreement of the Ninth's Conference of WTO (2013) in Bali, Indonesia
