In order to test this hypothesis, we analyzed the Kuwait Stock Exchange index using five standard tests: ADF and PP, , BDS test, as well as statistical tests, such as average, standard deviation, and normal distribution, using the Kuwaiti stock market index The study found that there is no random movement of the returns of the Kuwaiti capital market, and from this the market is considered inefficient at the weak level during the study period
