This research aims to understand the important aspect of the intellectual and methodological in contributions of Ibn Taymiyyah by focusing on the meanings of knowledge and Justice, indicating the ways achieved; to their privacy in Ibn Taymiyyah controversies with others and what constitutes legitimate knowledge methodology inhibitions derived from workbooks, with the most important aspects of Justice to avoid effects of injustice, and benefit from advantage of practices for knowledge and Justice rule on the controversy teemi.

This is intended to consolidate the positive concepts, the intellectual and methodological aspects in the world of ideas and practices, and to perform real solutions that old islamic intellectual schools suffered, or contemporary including the loss of the concepts of knowledge and Justice
