Abstract EN

The aim of this study is to introduce the concept of quality of life of work, to know the benefits of applying it in institutions, to identify its main inputs, and to measure the level of availability of its dimensions at the mother and child hospital in the Wilayat of Djelfa.

This study concluded that the quality of work life is a multidimensional concept, Its programs at the corporate level have benefits for the worker and the organization.

On the one hand, the study showed that the most important approaches to achieving quality of life are: Empowering employees, TQM, self-managed teams, social responsibility and business ethics.

S The study sample was random and estimated at 60 employees.

The results showed that the level of availability of the quality of working life dimensions in the mother and child hospital is average, and the results showed that there is no Differences between respondents' responses to the quality of the career are attributed to personal and functional data (gender, age, academic qualification), while there are differences due to functional experience and these differences were in favor of the group more than 15 years experience in the hospital.
