Strategic Planning, with its techniques, is a key subject, which is now addressed at the level of organizations, institutions, ministries, governments and countries in advanced way that could not be imagined or perceived fifteen years back. It becomes a de facto activity dealt with by everyone, with roots in societies and organizations. Many of strategic planning aspects are integrated into decision-making, which has even become platitudes and axiomatic. Largely, this description applies at the level of national programs, where planning provides the state and societies a look forward at present time. Moreover, planning, of all forms and stages, is a tool for the society, state institutions and the different sectors of labor, that is being employed, as desired, to serve the private and public purposes, for planning, like any other tool, cannot go beyond the will of the hand that drives it or the mind that controls it. It is a tool that serves the sector and the organization that employs it with satisfaction and determination in the form of small and, at the same time, large steps, and as an indispensable tool in regulating the arteries of life. We are convinced that the future need for planning will become stronger and stronger, for the society - any society- does not seem to be heading towards simpler, forms in terms of structure, or less complex forms because what is happening is the opposite. It is doubtful that the planning obstacles and limitations, i.e. inherent uncertainty, lack of information, and the constraints related to the ability of dealing with the information available to the administrative leadership, and the obstacles related to the conditions of communication and coordination among the organizations at the level of the internal or external environment, as well as the variant political systems, social values constraints, and the other descriptions and considerations that can meet the human and material needs. These same needs and considerations may slow down the course of technical interactions, social structures and values, but the notion of "Small is beautiful" and "trend towards flexible light technology" will not detract the need for strategic planning and its temporal and spatial depth. To the contrary, the increased feeling of the types of choice preferences or the trade-off among things that people did not know a few decades ago will double the areas in which planning and its techniques are used to improve information circle and systems, decision-making industry and alternatives. In this context, to address the changes and ideas, we will not rule out that planners in the future will be there in every corner of life and society organization and their tributaries, at the level of business sectors and across the globe.
