The technology revolution has changed different aspects in life , especially that it makes the world became like a small village, due to the different modern communication channels, particularly which are related to internet.

Besides that The Network has an advantages also has produced number of negative effects that reached the level of corrupting peoples and societies stands and behaviors and the electronic pornography was one of the bad effects, this has led the international community to decide a serious legal and administrative controls to combat this type of crime at the international and national both levels, through a curative measures that prevent access to the criminal end without forgetting punitive measures that the punishment would be shaded on the perpetrators, which remains according to our studies and analysis to the need of intensify international efforts to marginalize this crime, especially as it constitutes a transboundary crime
